Sports Cafe Holdings was incorporated as Coliseum Group on 8 February 2001 and the Existing Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on AIM on 3 July 2001. The company was established to capitalise upon the consumers' passion for sport by creating a leading sports entertainment bar and sports hospitality group through acquisition and organic growth.
As at June 2006 the Group operated 8 UK sites under the Sports Cafe brand with a further site in Cardiff under development.
